ZHOTE servo-driven orbital riveting machines are manufactured in Dongguan, with a 20-day lead time. These machines utilize a servo motor to drive a high-precision ball screw, enabling precise press-fitting and supporting features such as barcode scanning and automation. Precision CNC servo-driven electronic presses (referred to as servo presses or electronic presses) operate by using a servo motor to drive a high-precision ball screw for precision press-fitting operations. They achieve closed-loop control of both press-fitting force and insertion depth throughout the entire process. Optional features include heating capabilities, real-time pressure curve display, multi-station configurations, barcode scanning, and automation integration.

Available tonnage ratings: 0.5t, 1t, 2t, 3t, 5t, 8t, 10t.

Servo Orbital Riveting Machine

The servo orbital riveting head is a modular unit integrating a servo motor, lead screw, and rotation mechanism. It converts the servo motor's rotary motion into linear motion, effectively translating the motor's inherent advantages—precise control of speed, rotation count, and torque—into precise control of linear speed, position, and thrust. This revolutionary product delivers high-precision linear motion combined with riveting head rotation.

By utilizing a linear optical scale to monitor the riveting head's displacement, the machine maintains full closed-loop control throughout the entire operation. It offers high motion control accuracy—particularly near the bottom dead center (BDC)—ensuring slide accuracy within ±0.01mm. This guarantees consistent riveting height precision during production; if parameters deviate from preset limits during the process, the equipment triggers an audible and visual alarm to prevent defective products from proceeding to the next stage.

Servo Orbital Riveting Machine Functions:

1. Enables programmable orbital riveting control, process monitoring, and evaluation.

2. Features a 10.2-inch color LCD touchscreen for clear information display and user-friendly operation.

3. Supports up to 63 control programs (selectable via external input terminals), with each program accommodating up to 64 steps.

4. Real-time data acquisition of force and displacement during the riveting process; displays force-displacement or force-time curves on screen while simultaneously evaluating the process.

5. Allows configuration of up to four evaluation windows per program, supplemented by upper and lower envelope limits.

6. Offers a choice of up to 12 different types for each evaluation window. 7. Features settings for maximum pressure and maximum displacement limits to trigger alarms when thresholds are exceeded.

8. Equipped with 12 digital inputs and 8 digital outputs to enable the exchange of control signals with the master PLC.

9. Capable of storing up to 10,000 historical curves, with stored data categorized for easy retrieval. 10. Compatible with communication software for convenient parameter configuration and the uploading of historical curves.
