Introduction to Gas-Liquid Intensification Technology

1. Simple and low-cost power source

Driven by compressed air at 3–6 bar, it generates a punching force of 2–100 tons without the need for a hydraulic system; the punching force is continuously adjustable within the specified range.

2. Automatic cycle of the stamping process

A. Fast-track process       Purely pneumatic drive; the mold makes rapid, low-force contact with the workpiece during the idle stroke.

B. Force-Stroke           Upon contact with the workpiece, the system automatically switches to force-controlled stroke mode to perform full-force stamping.

C. Rapid return stroke      After the stamping process is completed, the die automatically and rapidly returns.

3. Advanced and unique "soft-landing" technology

During the rapid stroke phase, the die is driven purely by pneumatic force to make quick, low-force contact with the workpiece, achieving a shock-free "soft landing" in the stamping process. This significantly enhances processing quality and extends die service life, while also improving the stamping work environment.

4. Unique "Pressure-Boosting Adaptive" Stamping Technology

Within the total stroke range, when the mold contacts the workpiece at any position, it will automatically convert into a force stroke. Changing different molds and workpieces without adjusting the equipment stroke. During the force stroke, the stamping force automatically adapts and adjusts according to changes in external load to optimize the stamping process.
