Introduction to Gas-Liquid Intensification Technology

1. Simple and Cost-Effective Power Source

      Utilizing compressed air at 3–6 bar as the driving force, the system generates a stamping force ranging from 2 to 100 tons without the need for a hydraulic system. The stamping force is infinitely adjustable within the specified range.

2. Automated Stamping Cycle

       A. Rapid Approach Stroke: Driven purely by pneumatic power, the die moves rapidly during the idle stroke to make light contact with the workpiece.

       B. Power Stroke: Immediately after contacting the workpiece, the system automatically switches to the power stroke to execute full-force stamping.

       C. Rapid Return Stroke: Upon completion of the stamping operation, the die automatically and rapidly returns to its starting position.

3. Advanced and Unique "Soft-Touch" Technology

        During the rapid approach stroke, purely pneumatic power drives the die to make rapid, low-force contact with the workpiece, achieving a shock-free "soft-touch" engagement during the stamping process. This significantly enhances processing quality and extends die service life, while also improving the overall stamping environment.

4. Unique "Adaptive Intensification" Stamping Technology

        Within the full range of the total stroke, the system automatically switches to the power stroke the moment the die makes contact with the workpiece at any position. Consequently, changing dies or workpieces requires no adjustment to the equipment's stroke settings. During the power stroke, the stamping force automatically adapts and adjusts in response to variations in external load, thereby optimizing the entire stamping process.
