Advanced Feeding Technology

Did you know that our systems are independent of rivet length? This means: regardless of rivet length, only one conveyor hose or belt, one conveyor hopper, and one loading station are required.

The ZHOTE® feeder's screw conveyor is equipped with a mis-filling control system that detects incorrectly filled rivets. Dirt particles are collected by a separator. This helps reduce contamination and improve utilization.

Smart Clamps

Our system technology, especially our riveting tongs, meets all technical requirements. The ZHOTE® riveting frame allows you to set the force, position, and distance of the rivets, as well as the protrusion and depression of the rivet head.
